For DN400–DN500 sizes, the valves adhere to GB9112-88, DIN 2501, ISO 2084, and BS 4504 flange connection standards.

This product features a valve body made of ductile iron, a high-strength cast iron material known for its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The butterfly disc is also crafted from ductile iron, making it suitable for use with neutral fluids such as clean water.
The liquid flows through a valve stem made of martensitic stainless steel 420, with compositions including 2Cr13 and 3Cr13, offering high tensile strength and moderate corrosion resistance. The sealing seat is crafted from an EPDM material—specifically, a ternary ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) seat.
The EPDM valve seat boasts properties such as ozone resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, and chemical media resistance, making it suitable for use with water, air, and most other common media. It has a wide range of applications and performs exceptionally well under standard temperature and pressure conditions.
Valve seats made from EPDM rubber offer excellent sealing performance. Handles are available in a variety of options, including malleable iron handles, stamped handles, aluminum handles, and stainless steel handles.
